1. Gửi yêu cầu xóa từ website

• Bấm vào thẻ email ở trên để sao chép địa chỉ cnttlct@gmail.com, sau đó gửi email với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản Cờ Úp Online”.
• Trong email, hãy cung cấp tên kỳ thủ và phương thức đã dùng để đăng nhập. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã xác minh, access token hoặc giấy tờ tùy thân nếu đội hỗ trợ chưa yêu cầu qua kênh chính thức.
• Nếu gửi từ email liên kết với Google hoặc Apple, hãy dùng chính email đó để quá trình xác minh quyền sở hữu nhanh hơn.

2. Tự xóa trong ứng dụng

Khi còn đăng nhập được, mở Hồ sơ → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản và hoàn tất hai bước xác nhận. Chức năng này áp dụng cho tài khoản vào nhanh, mật khẩu, Google và Apple; yêu cầu được xử lý ngay sau khi máy chủ xác nhận.

3. Dữ liệu sẽ bị xóa hoặc giữ lại

Hồ sơ người chơi, credential đăng nhập, liên kết Google/Apple, phiên đăng nhập, danh sách chặn, tin nhắn còn gắn với tài khoản và yêu cầu hỗ trợ sẽ bị xóa theo quy trình tài khoản.

Kết quả ván đấu và sổ giao dịch tối thiểu cần cho tính toàn vẹn của trò chơi có thể được giữ nhưng sẽ không còn liên kết trực tiếp với tài khoản. Bằng chứng an toàn hoặc dữ liệu bắt buộc theo pháp luật có thể được giữ có giới hạn hoặc ở dạng ẩn danh như mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

4. Xác minh và thời gian xử lý

Để bảo vệ người chơi khỏi yêu cầu giả mạo, đội hỗ trợ có thể yêu cầu thông tin tối thiểu nhằm xác minh quyền sở hữu. Sau khi xác minh hợp lệ, yêu cầu sẽ được xử lý sớm nhất có thể và bạn sẽ nhận xác nhận qua email.

Nếu chỉ muốn xóa một loại dữ liệu hoặc cần bản sao dữ liệu trước khi xóa, hãy nêu rõ trong cùng email. Liên hệ chính thức duy nhất cho yêu cầu này là cnttlct@gmail.com.

1. Request deletion from the website

• Tap the email card above to copy cnttlct@gmail.com, then send a message with the subject “Co Up Online account deletion request.”
• Include your player name and sign-in method. Do not send a password, verification code, access token, or identity document unless officially requested.
• For an account linked to Google or Apple, emailing from that linked address can speed up ownership verification.

2. Delete directly in the app

If you can sign in, open Profile → Account → Delete account and complete the two confirmations. This works for quick, password, Google, and Apple accounts and is processed once the server confirms it.

3. Data deleted or retained

The player profile, credentials, Google or Apple links, sessions, block list, account-linked messages, and support requests are deleted under the account process.

Minimal match results and transaction records needed for game integrity may remain without a direct account link. Safety evidence or legally required data may be retained for a limited period or de-identified as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Verification and timing

To prevent fraudulent requests, support may ask for minimum information to verify ownership. A valid request is handled as soon as possible, followed by an email confirmation.

If you want only one data type deleted or need a copy before deletion, say so in the same email. The only official contact for this request is cnttlct@gmail.com.
